Přístup vedení, pracovní nasazení, atmosféra ve firmě
Zaměstnanci se hodnotí podle toho jak ve firmě dlouho pracují a ne jaké mají kvality. Žádná možnost profesního růstu. Firma zaměstnává spoustu neschopných a líných pracovníků.

Firma děla a nabízí dobře výrobky navenek vypadá moc úspěšné ale bohužel vnitřní záležitosti naopak, hlavně vztahy mezi vedením a zaměstnanci ("atmosféra v podniku") se moc zhoršila.

Vstřícnosti, snahy o řešení problémů, otevřenosti a respektu k názorům...
Zlepšit zázemí zaměstnanců - dostatečný prostor na šatnách a lepší sociální zařízení. Zvýšit mzdy v dělnických profesích.

Můžu dělat práci, kterou mám rád a která mne baví. Jsem rád, že mi firma umožňuje věnovat se mé zálibě. Naučil jsem se využívat benefitní systém ke své spokojenosti.
