Velmi pěkné, příjemné a světlé pracovní prostředí Velmi široký balíček benefitů, asi jeden z nejlepších na trhu Skvěle firemní akce Spoustu skvělých kolegů, odborníků ve své profesi, kteří vám mohou hodně předat Férová firemní kultura
V každé firmě se najdou špatní kolegové, tak i tady. Existují zaměstnanci, kteří tvoří dusno na pracovišti. Nechápu, co někteří dělají na svých pozici. Věková skupina v Roche se trosku starší, a tak sousta zaměstnanců nemají rádi změny, které přicházejí. Není lehké kariérně postoupit.

Práce, která má smysl a pomáhá zachraňovat životy lidí; produkty a jejich budoucí pipeline; velmi vysoké investice do R&D, inovací a lidí; skvělá firemní kultura, možnost se stále učit, nejlepší a flexibilní benefity, krásné kanceláře a ergonomické vybavení, spolupráce s kolegy, SHE, myslíme na udržitelnot, životní prostředí a CSR... pomáháme ostatním

Zajímavá práce umožňující osobní růst, možnost výborných školení, většina kolegů byla skvělá a inspirující, před změnou skvělá g.m.
s některými konkrétními lidmi. Se změnou důrazu na etické principy po změně ve vedení.
