Moc se nehledí na zaměstnance, mzdy jsou nízké, benefity žádné, jediný benefit byli stravenky a ty během covid-jara zrušili a i když firma jede na 200% tak už je nevrátili. Nejsou k dispozici žádná školení - jen to ze zákona, žádný rozvoj zaměstnanců a snaha udržet si je.
Firma má velký potenciál, produkty jsou důležité pro ŽP a kvalitní. Kolegové jsou fajn, pracovní prostředí je také dobré.
