Cítím se tu dobře, lidský přístup, důvěra, vše lze dohodnout a vyřešit.

Pružná pracovní doba Stravenky ( i když to je teď spíš standart) Kolegové jsou v pohodě
Špatný přístup k přidávání na mzdách, při argumentaci i o inflaci je to u vedení i těžko obhajitelné. Nově zavedený "benefit" 20 dní dovolené + 1 den za každý odpracovaný rok ve firmě je spíš plivanec do obličeje než benefit Žádné přídavky na životní a důchodové pojištění

Opportunity to use foreign languages
Pracovala jsem pro firmu se sidlem v Nemecku. Komunikace probihala denne v nemeckem jazyce.
Flexible working hours
Prace byla prevazne na home office s pevnou prac.dobou 9-14hod a zbytek podle toho,aby byly splneny ukoly,terminy a dodrzeny fond pracovni doby 40hod tydne.
