Cením si férového přístupu vedení i kolegů. Není problém cokoliv řešit, jen se stačí zeptat. Samozřejmě nejde vše vždy podle mě, ale dojít ke vzájemné dohodě se mi podařilo vždy. Práce v SOPHII je navíc různorodá a spoustu věcí jsem se během ní naučil.
