+ Salary is good + extra maternity/paternity leave + you may find good colleagues there
- FNZ will drain your energy - Work on weekends and overtime is expected, up to 60+ extra hours per month (some do 100+ hours per month) - Employees are just slaves-like - If you don't mind chaotic environment where you may be asked to do a job above your paygrade, being pushed from one project to another, but get fine salary - enjoy fnz.

lokalita kanceláře v centru města
Náplň práce je jiná, než na jakou jsem byl najat. Každý den cítím že zaměstnanci jsou tady až na posledním místě. Práce na Virtuálních strojích, které jsou neskutečně pomalé, IT systémy nefungují, logování selhává, půl dne neřeším práci, ale opravuju VM

Patecni pivo v office.
Naprosto neexistujici work life balance v pripade operations pozic. Neexistence reguli pro maximalni pocet prescas hodin.

Firma, dává šanci pracovitým lidem velice rychle dosáhnout zajimavých pozic, včetně služebních cest po Evropě, do Asie i na Nový Zéland. Poskytuje užitečná školení. Ideální pro mladé lidi bez závazků, kteří na sobě chtějí pracovat, nevadí jim častá práce přesčas, o víkendu...Jako další fajn benefit pro mladé lidi beru velice pestrý social life :)
Bohužel poslední dobou firma trpí extrémním nedostatkem lidí a neúměrným počtem otevřených projektů, takže celá organizace je trochu chaotická, lidé se rychle přesouvají z projektu na projekt, který aktuálně víc "hoří".
