- nový zaměstnanec dostane, co měl slíbeno bez toho, aby se musel připomínat - automaticky jsou naplánovaná extrení školení potřebná pro danou pozici - zaměstnavatel pořádá různé akce pro zaměstnance - Den otevřených dveří, možnost sportovního vyžití, možnost kultury za zvýhodněnou cenu (zaměstnanec zdarma, doprovod sleva)
