Z pohledu zaměstnance: skoro žádná spolupráce z centrálou, vedení nezajímá Váš názor, nulové benefity, nejistota v příjmu, IT podpora. Z pohledu zákazníka: zboží není skladem a objednání trvá běžně 3týdny i déle (neustálé výmluvy že zboží nemá dodavatel, dodavatel posunul termín dodání..), zastaralý systém prezentace firmy, tzn. webovky a špatný marketing.

Vedení firmy občas mimo mísu,přijmuli asi každého kdo o to stál. prodavači často bez základních znalostí,občas chaos a nekompetentnost
