Freedom and independence
Společnost se orientuje na odvedenou práci a výsledky. Pružně se lze rozhodnout o místu práce (home office) i čase jejího provedení. Samostatnost při řešené úkolů je vnímána velmi pozitivně.
Informal work atmosphere
Pracovní prostředí je neformální. Jsme dobrá parta, kolegové často společně podnikají i mimopracovní aktivity. Sport, víkendové akce a nebo prostě sklenka vína.

Většina kolegů si váží práce a času, který jim věnuji. Díky pohodové atmosféře chodím do práce každý den s chutí. Baví mě, že se tu denně naučím nebo dozvím něco nového.
