Dobrý benefitní systém, možnost karierniho postupu, férovost ke všem zaměstnancům.
Méně lpět na přebírce. (Pro mě to bylo velmi stresující a později jsem nestíhala) Sobotní a nedělní směny (chápu, že dnes už to je všude běžné, a kdo nemůže přes týden, koupí si zájezd o víkendu, ale stejně se musím říct, že se mu to nelíbilo)

Příliš vysoké cíle a dlouhá pracovní doba navíc i práce o víkendech.
Pomohla by jednoznačně úprava pracovní doby.

Nedoporučuji pracovat u Invie, střídá se to tam jak na běžízím pásu, hodí tě do horké voda a plav..pokuď si chce člověk vydělat, tak tam musí být přezčas, jinak má smůlu..to nemluvím o Team Lídrům...
