Tím že u firmy dělam již 20 let tak to mluví za vše samozdřejmě že každý by chtěl lepší platove podmínky.

Strong close future as automotive supplier. Complex product (plastic parts, PCB, magnetic sensors, software...). Plants in Cz (x1) and in Bulgaria (x2) all under the responsibility of Kostal CR s.r.o. Automatic assembly lines in CR and Bulgaria. Big plastic injection molding shop. Difficult working environment (high production volumes, many customers, product complexity...). Tracking systems sometimes outdated (old softwares) and not fully adapted.
Systems should be updated (newer softwares).
