U tohot zaměstnavatele jsem byla spokojená, oficiálnější přístup je k zaměstnancům na ředitelství, jednotlivé závody mají blíže k zaměstnancům a podle mé zkušenosti jsou zde vztahy osobnější. V případě dobře odváděné práce se jedná o jisté zaměstnání, se zajímavými benefity a osobním přístupem v přátelském kolektivu. Což je v současnosti nezanedbatelný faktor.
Obecně možná trochu více věnovat pozornost pracovní náplni zaměstnanců ve smyslu motivace pro další práci. Dělnické profese jsou finančně, podle mého podhodnocené, přitom údržba toků je hlavní činností. Vzhledem k širokému spektru činností, které Povodí Labe, resp. jeho pracovníci zajišťují a jejich povaze a rozsahu působnosti (územně) a postavení podniku ve vztahu k ostatním firmám (státní podnik) jsem přesvědčena, že se vedení podniku snaží o nastolení co nejlepších podmínek.

Pravidelná mzda. Týden dovolené navíc. Výše příspěvku na stravování.
Problematické plánování volna. Návalové přidělování práce.
