Osobní rozvoj. Potenciál lepšího finančního ohodnocení.
Větší porozumění mateřské firmy s hledáním zakázek v rámci našeho odvětví a kapacit naší firmy mimo ČEZd, který už určitou dobu a s největší pravděpodobní i nadále posílá projektů daleko méně, což se týká např. i tvoření byznysplánu.

Podílet se na zajímavých projektech a realizacích. Mít možnost se učit novým dovednostem. Skvělý tým kolegů/kamarádů. Přátelská atmosféra.
Pomalejší reakce na změny dění kolem společnosti. Systémová náročnost některých procesů.
Jobs for people with no work experience
Firma si dokážeme sama zaučit / vychovat lidi po škole a případně i po jiné praxi v oboru energetika. Je zde prostor i pro další získávání kvalifikací, školení a certifikátů.

Pestrost práce v dobrém kolektivu, ne na jednom místě.
Finanční ohodnocení by mohlo být lepší
Flexible working hours
Je to vždy o lidech a je potřeba se domluvit. Když se 2 domluví, vždy se najde řešení, pochopení, možná flexibilita
