Vedení i vedoucí pracovníci pracují s informacemi které zaslechnou, ale nikdy si neověří jak to skutečně je. Ve firmě je mnoho pomluv. Spousta lidí je tady úplně zbytečná.

přepracovanost, zničení zdraví, málo personálu na hodně klientů, s fyzicky těžkou prací nikdo nepomohl atd.... je toho spousta

Bez benefitu, bez peněz na dopravu. Musíš pracovat i za jiných bez doplatek.
Všechno potřebuje se zlepšit. Není možné abych jeden zaměstnanec dělal vše.
