fajn prostředí občerstvení na pracovišti
hierarchické vnímání (selektivní řazení mezi zaměstnanci) zlepšit platové podmínky méně přátelského přístupu a naopak více profesního přístupu mezi zaměstnanci

Ve zdravotnictví není moc firem, které by dobře fungovali. Tady je to fakt dobrý. Mám slušnou podporu, kolegyně jsou většinou super, vládne tam dobrá atmosféra. Oba šéfové jsou v klidu, dá se s nimi mluvit a řešit asi cokoliv. Tady poprvé cítím, že moje práce dává smysl a zároveň si mě tu váží. Občas se tu dost drbe, to mě trochu štve.
Snad jen ty drby. Převážně ženský kolektiv.
