maximálně mi vycházejí vstříc, je možno skloubit práci s dalšími mými aktivitami, také se studijními záležitostmi. vždy vycházejí vstříc i v rámci nemoci. na druhou stranu i z naší strany je to samé očekávání. ideální nastavení vzájemného vztahu

Vážím si pozornosti a zaujetí s jakými se společnost věnuje své práci, možnosti se vždy na čemkoliv domluvit a skloubit tak práci i mimopracovní život, líbí se mi přátelské a vstřícné vztahy.

možnost vzdělávání, školení, kariérní posun, vstřícné, ale i individuální jednání a domluva na čemkoli, možnost se projevit a přijít s nápady.
Pravidelně si nastavit (třeba co půl roku) individuální zhodnocení zaměstnance. Hodnocení probíhá, ale dala bych tomu určitou pravidelnost.

Svobodné prostředí, možnost skloubit osobní a pracovní život, lidský přístup, mladistvý kolektiv, ale i zkušení profesionálové, individuální přístup, možnost vyjádřit svuj názor, zrealizovat nápad. Ekologické smýšlení, možnost učit se, pakliže mám zájem atd.
