AdhocTEK, aneb vše nechat dojít až za krajní mez a teprve potom začít řešit. Mizerné řízení společnosti, ještě mizernější řízení projektů, na některých odděleních fluktuace přesahuje 100%/rok. Onboarding zaměstnanců - žádný, s pracovním vybavením je to ještě horší, v podstatě jste rádi, že po měsíci máte telefon, notebook a své místo u stolu.

Vyměnit vedoucí pracovníky. Zapracovat na vztahu s podřízenými. Nenutit lidi dělat přesčas, který nedostanou zaplacený. Přidat peníze.
