Dobrá práce, slušný plat, jedna směna. Ze začátku dobré jednání s lidmi. Po nástupu nových mistrů do výroby se jednání hodně zhoršilo. Stačil jen maličký prohřešek a prémie dolů.
Myslím že Brucku už nic nepomůže. Za krátkou dobu přestane existovat.

Chování k lidem by mělo být lepší, domlouvání přesčasů typem zítra jdeš do práce na 6 noční dvanáctku opravdu není slušné jednání. Nadřazenost a arogantnost vedoucích středisek a normovačů přesahovala slušné chování, nemluvě o nulové znalosti dané problematiky například vedoucího na kontrole, by se dala označit za dilentantství.
