Přímý nadřízený je opravdový manager, který Vám dokaže i nepopularni věc podat tak, že se na ní těšíte. A víte, že u něj budete mít zastání.
Žádné benefity, komunikace není špatná, ale nulová. Hlavně ze strany lokálního managementu. Pokud jste člověk bez vlastních nápadů, vlastních invencí, umíte pouze kývat a usmívat se u toho, nechcete od firmy žádné benefity, jste ideální kandidát.

Různorodá práce, spolupodílení se na zlepšování, využití anglického jazyka, vzdělávání, nestresujici prostředí a vedení,
Zaměstnanci si neváží co mají, starší prostredi
Opportunity to work during studies
Protože zprostředkovává dlouhodobé brigády pro studenty technických oborů, přímo ve výrobě apodobně. Pomáhá a spolupracuje při bakalářských a seminárních prací.
Opportunity to use foreign languages
Druhým komunikačním jazykem je ve firmě angličtina. Ve firmě je spousta zahraničních spolupracovníků a vedení firm pravidleně dojíždí a komunikuje i s nižšími pozicemi v kancelářích. Společnost zároveň poskytuje zdarma kurzy online AJ nebo osobní školitel.
