Opportunity to use foreign languages
Hlavnim jazykem spolecnosti je anglictina, jejiz kazdodenni vyuziti je samozrejmosti. Aktualne priblizne polovina zamestnancu neni z CR, takze i v ramci interni komunikace je vyuziti jazyku znacne. Znalost dalsich jazyku krome anglictiny je velkou vyhodou.

Very good work atmosphere, very international and friendly. Many afterwork and team buildings are organized by the company so the relationship between the workmates get strengthen. In my case the supervisor is always trying to make sure that I'm comfortable and that I'm developing my career.

Apprciation: I appreciate opportunities for growth and development in the energy trading industry, where you have to perform daily routine tasks but you are also encoureged to contribute your time/resources into cross-functional project that you can participate or lead. Benefits: health insurance, paid time off, sick leave, parental leave, flexible work hours, and bonuses or profit sharing. LEarning: professional learning opportunities are encouraged based on the responsibilities of the role so supervisors are usually open to sponsor any courses that directly would be used in your work, for example: software learning courses
Improvement I would suggest improving the communication between departments by providing regular updates, encouraging feedback, and implementing effective communication channels to promote a culture of collaboration and engagement. Bothers One point that bothers me, is the unclear vision of the company on the development of employees in the future combined with the high workload and intense environment which leads to burnouts.

The most satisfying part of my job is that I am able to implement new methodologies in my work. This was very important for me since I worked earlier in companies where my job was getting too monotonous.
I can't really think of anything I am not happy with at Ezpada.

Oceňuji možnost skloubit pracovní a soukromý život a respektování soukromého života.
Někdy je těžké vybalancovat intenzitu klimatizace v kanceláři tak, aby byla příjemná pro všechny, z důležitých věcí mě nic nenapadá.

Great combination of small and international growing business. Agile and fast growing culture, colleagues from all over the globe. We share company breakfasts, sit in the center of Prague with nice view and currently have been enlarging offices by another floor.
Offices could be more modern, but changes are about to come soon.
