Je zde spousta benefitů jako příspěvek na penzijní/životní pojištění, sleva na energie, mobilní tarif, jidlo, nově sleva na škodovku😁.
Pořád je co vylepšovat. Osobně se mi nelibi systém, podle kterého se "jede". Ten bych vylepsil. Ale no je tam vedení.

Majitel vstřícný, záleželo mu na spokojenosti zaměstnanců. Spousta benefitů ne jen v rámci výkonu práce, ale i pro volný čas. Kolektiv lidí přátelský, v případě potřeby navzájem si vypomáhající. Je tam hodně práce :-) - široký záběr podnikatelských aktivit. Kdybych nemusela odejít ze zdravotních důvodů, neodcházela bych. Nevím ale, jak to tam funguje dnes :-)
Nevybavuji si, že by se mi tam něco vyloženě nelíbilo.

Naučila pickování
Opportunity to learn new things
Pretože v dnešnom modernom svete je dôležitá elektronika. A tam vlastne človek chystá veci, pickuje podľa objednávok pre druhých ľudí.

Zástupce který se dostal na pozici vedoucího a svou práci nezvládá, zaměstnanci odcházeli jinam převážně kvůli němu, kladl nesmyslné cíle které by nesplnili ani ve vytíženějších pobočkách.
