Otřesná úroveň překladatelů - mladých a zcela nezkušených. Pokud si nenajdou kvalitnější a zodpovědnější, nikdy se "neodpíchnou" z knih Omega. I po letech je to stále stejné a knihy se pro obrovské množství chyb vůbec nedají číst. Věkový průměr 25 let tomu bohužel odpovídá...

Dobrý kolektiv a dobré vztahy s lidmi z vedoucích pozic
Platové ohodnocení pro zaměstnance. Bylo by dobré zvážit zlepšení platu nebo odměn.

u mojí pozice se dala přizpůsobit pracovní doba na schůdnější pro dojíždění
občas šéfová byla jak slon v porcelánu a ukřivdila....
