Work in a team of young people
Because if someone is looking for a job in a team of young people, then Jake&James is the right place to be. The management gives you the oportunity to start your career. But people with a lot of expierence are valued as well.

Great team and friendly atmosphere at workplace, there is space for self-improvement and learning, pleasant office environment, benefits for employees. There is space for flexibility and adjusting working hours.
I would appreciate slightly more emphasis on work-life balance.
