po prodeji firmy před 3mi lety, přešlo řízení firmy do rukou dosazených manažerů, kteří neví o virobní problematice moc neví, spousta megalomanských plánů, které se nerealizují, a pouze zastírají palčivé problémy. Názory a rady zkušených harcovníku berou jako vítky, a neřeší je. to vede k přetěžování klíčových zaměstnanců, kteří postupně odcházejí.
