Společnost JUSDA dává příležitost absolventům, a proto jich zde pracuje poměrně hodně. Nabízí také brigády studentům, i když pro ně často nemá odpovídající uplatnění. Nevýhodou vysokého podílu absolventů je nízké mzdové ohodnocení, které je nižší než u konkurence.
