Na nejdecké česárně vlny a.s, je pozitivní, pravidelná mzda.
V Nejdecké česárně vlny se pracuje v nepřetržitém provozu, zohlednění tohoto faktu ve mzdách by bylo myslím vhodné. Dále pak osobní finanční ohodnocení by mohlo být pro mnoho zaměstnanců motivační. Bonus ve formě stravenek, odměn na vánoce či dovolenou? Toto bývá již u většiny zaměstnavatelů běžné.
