S kolegy a přímou nadřízenou
Vyšší nadřízení nestali za nic , nevážili si lidí, nemluvili s lidmi napřímo, navíc odmítali měnit lidi na různých linkách, i když mohli , šlo jim jen o kusy, kusy, kusy .

Tři dny jsem přemýšlel o odpovědi na tuto otázku... Nic, co bych mohl vychválit prostě.
Vedoucí směn si myslí, že lidé jsou nástrojem pro práci. Přesčasy dávají jenom po jejich volbe, a když potřebujete vy tak to nejde. Kuchyně 3/10 Kolektivní práce 2/10 Chování nadřízených (mistrů a supervizoru) 4/10. Vždycky se usmívá, ale je to "fake úsměv". Všichni zaměstnanci se ujišťují, že tato společnost platí nejvíce v této oblasti. To však neznamená, že jsou za práci na některých pracovních pozicích spravedlivě placeni

Užitečné znalosti k osvojení a určitá fata morgana kariérního růstu.
Netransparentní systém hodnocení, férové jednání je spíše vzácnost či případně mylný dojem, dodržování ideí o poctivosti (předhazovaných při úvodním školení) je ve skutečnosti spíše na škodu. Opravdu demotivující zkušenost.
No overtime
Na dané konkrétní pozici se pracovní doba zpravidla dodržovala a pokud pracovní úkol nevyžadoval okamžité dokončení, nadřízený k přesčasům nepovzbuzoval. Hodiny navíc se spíše zpětně vybíraly než proplácely.

HR špatné zkušenosti, benefity nestojí za nic. Pořád přesčasy ale když potřebujete vy tak nic nejde

Pravidelně platí mzdu - bez zpoždění. Pracovníci zde pracují tvrdě.
Někdy je přehnaný důraz na bezpečnost i v místech, kdy to není potřeba. (Např. brýle na vizuální kontrole mimo výrobní stroje.) V době, kdy se zvyšuje plat v jiných firmách o 7-12%, zde pouze o 3%, což pokryje pouze inflaci. V některých odděleních je atmosféra nespojenosti z důvodu manažera.
