Zajímavá práce.Slušný plat.
Přehnané očekávání zákazníků.
Informal work atmosphere
Pracuje se většinou ve dvou lidech na malých zalázkách takže je samozřejmé tykání.Kdo kouří ta většinou může i při práci a dát si pivo k obědu není problém.
Flexible working hours
Pracovní doba je hodně nepravidelná,někdy začínáte v 10.,jindy v 8. někdy máte práci hotovou za 3 hodiny a jedete domů.Je dobré mít řidičák na skupinu B a ovládat práci s akovkou atd.Většinou se jedná o čistou práci.

Má skvělý produkt a neustále ho vylepšuje a vyvíjjí nové typy křišťálových světlovodů
Je celkově málo lidí ve firmě, na to kolik je celkové práce. je potřeba nové pracovníky

Jelikoz mezi popisy prace postu a smernicemi je v Lightway hodne volnosti pro vlastni tvoreni a produkci
Security and stability
Jsou predem dana pravidla a clovek vi na cem je. A pravidla se dodrzuji. Proto se firme dari udrzovat stabilitu.
