Dobrý na start po škole ale jinak nic.
Firma mí hezky slibovat ale sliby již neplní. Vedení dělá vše jen pro sebe a podmínky dělá horší a horší. I jen výměna rozbité kancelářské židle, je děsný problém. Na kariéru na stavbě to není. Na stavbě je polovina lidí než by měla být a ani za to člověk není pořádně ohodnocen.

Firma bere každého, jelikož má nouzi o zaměstnance. Pokud tedy aspoň trochu rozumí stavebním plánům, je to vhodný kandidát.
