Nejvíce oceňuji schopnost týmové spolupráce! Od řadových zaměstnanců až po vrcholový management.
V každé společnosti je nějaký určitý problém, ale každý problém má své řešení.

Se získáváním neskutečných životních zkušeností, kdo zde nepracoval, nemůže pochopit :-)

možnost osobního rozvoje, kreativní práce, žádný den není stejný jako ten předchozí, využití angličtiny
jen 4 týdny dovolené a žádné benefity, nekoncepční vedení od majitelů, velmi špatná komunikace a spolupráce s ostatními odděleními
Work in an international environment
Rozjíždíme nové projekty především v Rakousku (ale i jiné země jako Bulharsko), možnost uplatnění angličtiny a případně i němčiny. Většina dodavatelů ryb i obalů jsou ze zahraničí. Časté návštěvy zahraničních partnerů ve firmě. Vlastníci firmy jsou z Ruska a i mnoho vedoucích zaměstnanců jsou z rusky mluvících zemí, ovšem v drtivé většině případů se domluví česky.
Informal work atmosphere
S většinou zaměstnanců i na vedoucích pozicích si tykám. Není předepsaná žádná ústrojová kázeň. Nikdo se na vás nebude dívat divně ať už si vezmete oblek nebo kraťasy.

Získala jsem veliké zkušenosti a velmi jsem se zdokonalila čelit stresovým situacím.
Vedení společenosti za dva roky nedokázalo řící, jaký cíl má tato společnost a jakým směrem se ubíráme.
