Oceňuji rozšiřování produkce a co by chtělo zlepšit je výměna nadřízeného a zvýšit mzdy.

Hodne jsem se naucila protoze v tehle profesi se puhybuji dele ale do tehle firmy uz nikdy. Nevazi si zamestnancu neumi pochvalit jen trestat a hlavne platove podminky jsou katastrofa.zadne benefity malo dovolene jen sami stres stres stres. Prace je fyzicky namahava a nezaplacena.

Vymenila bych vedeni. Potrebovalo by to urcite zlepsit komunikaci mezi vedenim a zamestnanci
