Je to hrůza. Nic nefunguje, vedoucí ani neví co dělají a co dělat mají. Pokud to takhle půjde dál, tak ta firma brzy zkrachuje.
Chybí lepší benefity. Zlepšit stravování, přidat na dojíždění autem, být tu více pro zaměstnance a nedívat se na všechny zhora. Nabídnout lepší podmínky.
Informal work atmosphere
Protože nikdo nevyžaduje, aby všechno fungovalo jak má. Jsou nastavena pravidla, ale nikdo je nepotřebuje dodržovat. Každý si dělá co chce a je tam spousty lidí, kteří kdyby tam nebyly, tak by se nic nestalo.

Zavodní jídelna, dobří kolegové,
Nadřízení prosazují s vé názory bez ohledu na podřízené, permanentní přesčasy, nefér jednání ze strany nadřízených, minimalní aktivita nadřízených při řešení problému, nefunkční systém vedení v celé společnosti

Vize spolecnosti, nulova motivace, nesmyslne pravidla, pristup top managera k lidem z vlastniho tymu atd...
