Bylo to dost stresující. Protože 5 denních a v neděli zase na 6 nočních a nevědět jestli budete dělat 8 nebo 12 hodin(dozvědět se to skoro před koncem směny a celý týden nevidět denní světlo, při ranní)se dalo vydržet jen nějakou dobu. Už bych to nikdy nechtěl zažít. Ale třeba se to už zlepšilo.

relativně vysoké a včas placené mzdy
délka a četnost směn, komunikace mezi nadřízenými a zaměstnanci, využívání levné pracovní síly

Benefity byly bych řekla velmi dobré! Místní jídelna nebyla úplně k zahození. Možnost podívat se do výroby a seznámit se s postupem.
Kolegové by mohli být lepší, ale to je o lidech kdo si s kým jak sedne, za to zaměstnavatel nemůže.
