Flexibilita prac. doby,pokud zaměstnanec opravdu potřebuje, dostane volno,dřívější odchod s možností náhrady apod. Ale asi jen v tomto ohledu super..
Komunikace se zaměstnanci,zájem o zaměstnance.. Více se soustředit na blaho a dostatek dobře placených-kvalitních zaměstnanců,jak především kmenových,tak nově nastupujících.. Co vlastně dělají,za co vše zodpovídají!. Méňe honby za pokladem!
