Krásné výrobky s velkým potenciálem pro budoucno, zajímavý charakter výrobního procesu, možnost uplatnění zkušeností v rámci nastavení a optimalizace procesů.
Neochota části spolupracovníků ke změnám, obtížné prosazování změn, neochota některých pracovníků účastnit se při realizaci změn, nepopsané procesy a špatná spolupráce mezi některými odděleními.

Ve firmě jsem byla na letní brigádě. Jako studentka jsem si vydělala hezké peníze, všichni se ke mě chovali hezky, super mistrová. V létě se zase ráda vrátím.

zajímavá práce ve výrobě. Až na pár zkostnatělejších pracovníků, kteří pamatovali začátky firmy byla spolupráce velmi dobrá.
Občasná nekorigovaná výroba, nestíhání termínů a z toho vyplývající přesčasy
