Fajn benefit je příspěvek na důchod a Edenred!
Zlepšení v oblasti dovolené a sick days: Navrhuji zvážit úpravu stávajícího systému dovolené a zavést sick days. Standard je dnes 25 dnů dovolené a 3-5 dnů sick days. To mi dovoluje možnost čerpání sick days kdykoli během roku. Transparentnost v oblasti valorizace platů: Pro zvýšení mé motivace a pocitu spravedlnosti navrhuji zavedení jasného předpisu nebo směrnice ohledně valorizace platů.

Školení, flexibilní pracovní doba, SW progress v oblasti řídících systému a automatizace, spolupráce se zahraničními zákazníky
Teď mě nic konkrétního nenapadá. Pokud jsem s něčím nespokojen, vždy to řeším rovnou se svými nadřízenými, abychom našli společné řešení.

Pokud je třeba naučit se nějaký nový SW, tak není problém zajistit školení nového SW
Občas mi přijde přístup vedení odtržený od reality, hlavně při zavádění nových pracovních postupů
