Její jádro tvoří "srdcaři" působící ve firmě 10,15 i více let. Ani napříč firmou není velká fluktuace a to se snaží dále udržet. Spokojená dlouhodobá oboustranná spolupráce je osvědčeným základem k plnění dalších plánů, cílů a směřování společnosti. V dobrém stabilním kolektivu vládne i pohodová pracovní atmosféra.
