Jsem velmi spokojená se svou pracovní situací a firemním prostředím. Zdravotní stav a práce z domu jsou pro mne velkým přínosem, což zlepšilo můj životní komfort a pracovní výkon. Rovnocenný přístup mi přinesl pocit cítit se hodnotnou členkou týmu Spirály Ostrava, což je klíčové pro mou spokojenost a efektivitu práce. Pracovní prostředí splňuje moje potřeby a přispívá k mému osobnímu i profesnímu rozvoji.

Zvážit negativa a pozitiva otevřené kanceláře. Nicméně, lze zmínit, že hlučné pracovní prostředí může narušovat koncentraci a produktivitu zaměstnanců. Ve prospěch Spirály Ostrava však hovoří diskuse a návrhy na zlepšení, na kterých se aktuálně pracuje.
