Dříve rodinná firma se stoprocentní vzájemnou důvěrou a spoluprácí mezi zaměstnanci. Firmě velmi škodí časté změny členů vedení a nestabilita proniká do nižších úrovní. Vítaný bonus - volná jízdenka pro zaměstnance na vlaky ČD (tzv. IN 100).
Řada dlouholetých zaměstnanců firmu opustila, nový kolektiv se tmelí pomaleji. Efektivní práci brání přemíra zbytečné administrativy.
