Fér prostředí, stabilita, důvěra, sranda. Možnost ovlivnit budoucnost firmy. Podpora růstu a rozvoj nových dovedností.
Fixní myšlení, absence ambicí, staré postupy, nekompetentní kolegové, některé věci se nesmí říkat nahlas.
Security and stability
Ve společnosti je minimum dravosti. Mnohem důležitější než tah na branku je skutečnost, aby vše stabilně plynulo a točily se stroje. Proto je firma vhodná pro lidi, kteří hledají jistotu a stabilitu bez nějakých velkých stresů. Firma nedělá žádné velké kroky a nikdo nic netlačí, prostě pohoda klídek.

Hodně z nás má děti včetně mě. Sdílíme společné problémy a radosti. Lze si domluvit náhradní volno kvůli vyzvednutí dítěte nebo podobně.

Férové prostředí. Co se řekne, to platí. Podpora ve vzdělávání a sebezdokonalování. Otevřené vedení.
Zastaralé postupy a nástroje. Ale na tom se dá zapracovat.
