Zajímavá, různorodá práce. Možnost účastnit se zajímavých projektů. Rozšiřování odborné kvalifikace. Získávání nových kontaktů.
Dlouhé směny, nezajištění dostatečného odpočinku mezi směnami. Vysoký počet rg. jízd po celé republice (v rozsahu více jak 100 hodin měsíčně). Neplacené rg. jízdy. Vysoký podíl rg. jízd oproti placeným výkonům. Arogance nadřízených vůči provoznímu personálu a z toho plynoucí stresové situace. Žádné garantované osobní volno - operativní plánování směn "z hodiny na hodinu". Ignorování (byť nezávazných) slibů ze strany nadřízených. Naprosto nevyhovující prostory pro odpočinek mezi směnami. Velké množství přesčasů.

Až na pár vyjímek skvělý tým, prozatím luxus proti bývalému zaměstnavateli, u kterého jsem pracoval 18.let.
Lepší pracovní oblečení, ale už se to hýbe správným směrem.
