Ničeho, vedení firmy bylo arogantní a odmítalo ohodnotit mou práci. Vykonával jsem práci za tři lidi (technologa, programátora, obsluhu CNC) a to vše za 17000 čistého.

Určitě přístup k lidem. Lidé nejsou a slušným jednáním se dá dosáhnout daleko lepších výsledku než arogancí a opovržením.
