Klidné prostředí, normální rozumní lidé, různorodá práce. Prostě místo kde s Vámi jednají na dnešní dobu velmi slušně.

Nenapadá mne nic závažného, vždy se něco najde, ale zde jsou to proti jiným firmám drobnosti.

Jobs fit for working parents

Vždy je možnost se domluvit na pracovní době tak, aby rodiče mohli vodit dítě do školky/školy. Případně zkrácený úvazek. Hlavně ranní směna, jen někde i odpolední. V případě nutnosti jsou různé výjimky možné. Důležité je to, že v této firmě se jede v dobrém slova smyslu ve "starém klasickém" režimu dle zákoníku práce (doktor, OČR atd.).

Security and stability

Vyrábí se zde široký sortiment výrobků pro letecký, obranný a dopravní sektor. Zácvik pracovníků nějakou dobu trvá a proto je i zájem firmy si zkušené pracovníky udržet. Výpovědi se zde jen tak pro nic za nic nerozdávají.
