Pro mně je důležitý kolektiv a možnost domluvy na čemkoliv, s kolegy i nadřízenými. Kolektive je pro mně zajímavý a snášenlivý, což je pro mně nejdůležitější.

Na všem se dá domluvit.
Pleasant work environment
RR Donnelley vnímám jako příjemné pracovní prostředí proto, že ho tvoří příjemní lidé. Navíc z mojí zkušenosti o čemkoliv se dá mluvit/domluvit, v celé firmě je politika otevřených dveří. Jen možná v předvánočním shonu, kdy se nabírá velké množství brigádníků, může být atmosféra trochu napjatější, přesto stále myslím, že je prostředí příjemné.

S lidským přístupem a přátelskou atmosférou.
Pleasant work environment
Práce je převážně klidného nenáročného charakteru. Prostředí čisté. Kolegové napříč firmou přátelští.
