Vedení je arogantní. Naprosto nekomunikuje s podřízenými, klidně bez udání důvodu vás přesunou z jedné pozice na druhou a to ze dne na den. Nekonají se žádné firemní briefingi. Pokud je problém, tak jediný jak se to dozvíte že strhávají peníze. Pokud se zeptáte svého přímého nadřízeného co se děje není žádná zpětná vazba.

Naučí je komunikovat s lidmi. Jako přestupní stanice pro další práci. Už každa jiná firma vám bude připadat naprosto super

Komunikace se zahraničními kienty. Skvělá spolupráce s řidiči a zbytkem kolektivu.
Vedením. Byli arogantní, sprosty a chovali se špatně k zaměstnancům. Strhavali jim peníze např že se kolega neusmal atd. Brali 5000 až 15000. Co chtěli od zaměstnanců bylo nad míru

Poskytli mi počáteční informace a poté vůz, ve kterém jsem mohla jezdit. To bylo zpočátku asi to nejdůležitější.
Nelíbilo se mi, že inzerované příjmy vůbec neodpovídaly realitě. Pokud jste zaměstnanec, dostanete pouze třetinu z tržby. Vyjezdíte 60 tisíc, dostanete 20 tisíc. Já jsem nedostala zdaleka ani to, a jezdila jsem 5 dní v týdnu, osm až devět hodin denně Takže s tímto počítejte, pokud budete chtít u Taxi Praha začít jako zaměstnanec na pracovní poměr. A pracovní dobu si sice můžete přizpůsobit podle sebe, to ano, ale záhy zjistíte, že abyste si vydělali, musíte se stejně přizpůsobit poptávce, takže jezdit večer, v noci, případně brzy ráno. To vám ale na začátku také nikdo neřekne.

chování, způsob vyjadřování, promýšlení si určitých frází jak co podat určitému člověku. Nejdřív myslet až pak jednat
