Zaměstnavatel vyjde vstříc, pokud potřebuji řešit osobní záležitosti. Chová se korektně.
Není zde velká možnost dalšího vzdělávání, chybí podpora vedení při řešení důležitých pracovních situací, kdy by kompetence k řešení mělo převzít. Nejsou zde skoro žádné zaměstnanecké bonusy, odměny, kafetetie, chybí motivace k lepším výkonům.

Ve firmě pracují na klasických postech fajn lidé(myšleno skladníci a řadový zaměstnanci v kanceláři) . Bohužel tuto skutečnost sráží vedení.
Ohodnocení, benefity, přístup vedení k řešení problémů, takřka nulové vzdělávání zaměstnanců,
