Občas by neškodilo se zamyslet, zda požadované bezpečnostní opatření není nesmyslné.

No, myslím že ve výrobě možná byli lidé dobře ohodnoceni. Ale oni by na to mohli mít jiný názor :-) personální oddělení mi nikdy s ničím nepomohlo a jejich přístup nebyl férový.
Jakkoli. Byla to má nejhorší pracovní zkušenost vůbec. Nikdy bych nikomu nedoporučila zde pracovat, rozhodně ne v oddělení logistiky či obsluhy zákazníků. Dodnes nevím, jestli mi taková zkušenost stála za to.

První den mi na pohovoru vypočítavaly mzdu kterou bych mněl pobírat. Po konverzaci s kolegy na stejný pozici jsem se dozvěděl že takovy plat tam neměly lidi ani co tam pracovali 5 let. Výpočty takový že když dostanete plnou odměnu máte 5000 Kč na víc a přitom se pak dozvíte že to můžete dostat až za rok takže pobírate skoro nic. Pamatuji když se zastavily stroje na noční směně a každých 20 minut sme zametaly to stejný místo a pak sme mněly dostat strhnuti peněz že sme neudělaly výrobní plán.

Perspektiva dlouhodobého zaměstnání. Vstřícnost při řešení osobních potřeb zaměstnanců. Spousta zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Bezproblémové návštěvy u lékaře. Pracovní oděv a ochranné pomůcky možno doplnit a vyměnit.

Mnoho benefitů, možnost dalšího vzdělávání, akce pro zaměstnance, podpora, férové jednání
Někdy velká svázanost korporátními pravidly, které jsou občas mimo selský rozum
Non-stressful work
Každý zaměstnanec má svoje úkoly, ve výrobě normy, ale nikdo Vám nebude měřit čas, který strávíte cestou na záchod.
Informal work atmosphere
Ve společnosti je cítit francouzská kultura. Ve firmě se musí dodržovat přísná bezpečnostní pravidla, ale běžný chod společnosti je volný a není tolik svázaný normami. Každý zaměstnanec musí odvést svoji práci, ale pokud se potřebujeme individuálně dohodnout se svým nadřízeným, je mu většinou vyhověno. Je to o dohodě.
