Nikdo nepoví co a jak, hlavně z řad nadřízených ( většina ). Pokud je problém řeknou to ostatním kolegům a ne, přímo vám. Ten samý přístup k nářadí a OP, člověk si musí sám zjistit co potřebuje, má mít a také si to sám musí zařídit. Krom těchto věcí jsou normy z říše pohádek a zbožných přání.
