Kolegové zde jsou super, celkově prostředí zde je výborné. Jde perfektně skloubit pracovní a osobní život. Oceňuji i spoustu výhod, jako je multisportka, ovoce a sušenky na pracovišti, práce z domu.

Firemní kultura, která staví na otevřenosti, neformálnosti a důvěře. Spousta příležitostí zkoušet a učit se nové věci. Kolektiv ambiciózních, ale přitom velmi milých a přátelských lidí.
Přechod od malého start-upu směrem k většímu scale-upu má spoustu úskalí, ale není to nic co by dramaticky kazilo dojem z práce / prostředí.

Oceňuji možnost podílet se na vývoji inovativního produktu. V kolektivu panuje přátelská atmosféra. Byť firma stále roste, pořád si udržuje startupového ducha.
Někdy je prostředí velice dynamické, což může být ve spoustě situací i výhodou.

Firemní kultura, nadstandardní počet dovolené, remote režim funguje dobře, technologicky se posouvá s dobou. Management na vysoké úrovni.
Jsou tu části kódu, u kterých autor již není ve firmě a dokumentace je pomálu, nicméně to aktivně zlepšujeme.

Na Twistu mám ráda kolektiv lidí, co tady pracují. Svým kolegům můžu důvěřovat, jsou ochotní mi pomoci a jednají férově. Jsme dog-friendly office, tím pádem jsou vždy kolem čtyřnozí kamarádi připravení na canisterapii :-) Twisto nabízí taky skvělé benefity. Dohromady máme až 34 dnů volna, stravenkový paušál, příspěvek na homeoffice, zvýhodněný tarif nebo Multisport kartu. S prací jsem spokojená i díky work-life balance - ta je pro mně důležitá.
Nenapadá mě nic, s čím bych spokojená nebyla.

Nejdůležitější pro mě je skvělá parta lidí, jak v našem oddělení, tak v celé firmě :) Navíc máme skvělé benefity včetně 34 dní volna nebo příspěvku na práci z home office. Twisto si navíc pořád drží startupovou atmosféru
