Příjemné pracovní prostředí, jídelna skvěle vaří, ale peníze nic moc, za šílenou dřinu

Benefity jsou celkem fajn, ale chtělo by to trošku změnit myšlení vedení a posunout se dopředu a nastavený systém velmi hodně aktualizovat a přizpůsobit aktuální výrobě.
Přístup nadřízených. Zde nevidím snad ani jedno positivum.
